Cancellation Terms

Standard Reservations

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
• Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in may incur a charge of one night's stay
• No-shows will be charged for the first night of the reservation

Premium Suite Reservations

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in
• Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in may incur a charge of two nights' stay
• No-shows will be charged for two nights of the reservation

Special Event Periods

• Special cancellation terms may apply during peak seasons or events
• These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking
• Typically requires 7-14 days notice for free cancellation

How to Cancel

You can cancel your reservation through any of the following methods:

• Online through your booking confirmation
• Contact our reservations team directly
• Through your travel agent if booked through one
• Via our 24/7 concierge service

Modifications

Reservation modifications are subject to:

• Availability at the time of modification
• Rate differences for new dates
• Same cancellation terms as original booking
• Must be made at least 48 hours before check-in

Group Bookings

For group bookings (5 rooms or more):

• Custom cancellation terms apply
• Requires written cancellation notice
• May be subject to cancellation fees

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control:

Refunds

When applicable, refunds will be processed:

• To the original form of payment
• In the same currency as the original payment
